This room is located on the first floor of the building and has a common balcony with next room. It has small "living" area with table, sofa chair and TV. Small folding sofa can provide additional sleeping place.

All toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo) are provided.

The room has a balcony oriented to the East with a view to the near-by mountains with ski slope. Below the balcony there is parking place.
